SPNORTH works in a shared ten-step delivery lifecycle: qualify, contract and classify, mobilize, discover, design, build or analyze, evaluate, approve and release, transition or operate, and close with a quarterly business review (QBR). Facts, assumptions and interpretations are separated; every step has defined artifacts and approvals.
What each step produces
- Qualify and contract: problem, owners, scope, exclusions and written acceptance criteria.
- Mobilize and discover: access, contacts and a fact base; open assumptions are marked as such.
- Design, build, evaluate: results are produced against the agreed criteria and reviewed by named humans.
- Approve and hand over: delivery at the agreed location, followed by a review meeting.
Acceptance instead of silence
Acceptance happens against objective criteria agreed in writing beforehand. The feedback window and the handling of deviations are set in the engagement; deviations from the agreed scope are corrected before acceptance. Explicit written acceptance takes precedence over silence-based rules.
Keeping effort transparent
AI model consumption costs are not hidden but measured and disclosed openly. The real effort usually lies in knowledge preparation, permissions, ground truth, evaluation and review. We plan time for exactly that. Timelines follow the agreed scope and the access provided.
